This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the safesynx website and safesynx application. This Policy governs allsynx’s data collection and usage of data from the safesynx website and safesynx application. Collection of your Personal Information
safesynx Website
The safesynx website collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home and/or work address, and your telephone number(s). The safesynx website also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites. Additionally, the safesynx website automatically collects information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. We also collect information that you may supply voluntarily, such as survey information.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through safesynx public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: allsynx does not read any of your private online communications. allsynx strongly encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from safesynx so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. allsynx is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of safesynx.  

safesynx Application
When signing up for and using the safesynx application, you authorize allsynx to collect your PHI. PHI collected by allsynx includes, but is not limited to your name and email, as well as your health-related responses, including individual symptoms, to the COVID-19 symptom screening survey.  

Use of your Personal Information
safesynx Website
Any information collected from the safesynx website is used by allsynx for the operation of the service, to respond to an email or other inquiry or request, to maintain and/or improve quality of the service, to provide general statistics regarding use of the safesynx Website, to customize your experience of our website, or to send updates or notices about our organization and the products and services that we offer that we think may be of interest to you. We may also combine this information with other generally or publicly available information to help us identify visitors’ preferences or interests. allsynx may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Finally, we may provide information that identifies you to companies that assist us in these activities, such as helping us fulfill your request for a product, service, or information.

allsynx does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. allsynx may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a relevant offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, allsynx may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to allsynx, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.  

allsynx keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within safesynx, in order to determine what safesynx services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within safesynx to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a subject area.

safesynx Application
Any information collected from the safesynx application may be used for the following purposes: (1) to provide and maintain our Service, (2) to notify you about changes to our Services, (3) to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service, (4) to provide customer support, (5) to gather analysis or valuable information on behalf of our business associates, (6) to improve our Service, (7) to monitor the usage of our Service, (8) to detect, prevents, and address technical issues, (9) to provide you with highly relevant advertisings, news, special offers, and information about services, as well as other similar purposes.

allsynx does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. allsynx reserves the right to disclose information where required by law or to comply with valid legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), to protect the Company’s rights or property, including without limitation in the event of a transfer of control of the company or substantially all of its assets, or during emergencies when safety is at risk.

Finally, we may use information collected from the safesynx application to send you push notifications regarding daily health survey reminders, employer or service provider alerts, and emergency alerts. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Use of Cookies
safesynx uses “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a webpage server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.  
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize safesynx pages, or register with safesynx site or services, a cookie helps safesynx to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same safesynx website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the safesynx features that you customized.

Security of your Personal Information
allsynx secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. allsynx secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  

Our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms) set for our obligations as the business associate of our users’ employer or service provider who has implemented the safesynx application. allsynx intends to protect the privacy and provide for the security of individually identifiable health information (“Protected Health Information”) used or disclosed in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104 191 (“HIPAA”), and regulations promulgated under HIPAA, including the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E (“Privacy Rule”) and the Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic Protected Health Information at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 162 and Part 164, Subparts A and C (the “Security Rule”), as well as any implementing regulations issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (“HITECH”) and other applicable federal and state data privacy laws and regulations.  

Additionally, we have in place privacy protection control contractual obligations with our vendors designed to ensure that personal data is protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. All allsynx employees must abide allsynx’s and safesynx’s Privacy Policies and only authorized employees are permitted to have access to personally identifiable data about website visitors. Employee access is limited to what is reasonably needed to perform an employee’s responsibilities, such as providing updates or notices or customer service. Employee who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.  

allsynx utilizes technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect information we collect and store. We store information on encrypted, cloud servers located in the United States. Our employees are trained on the use of protecting privacy and maintain standard security safeguards.  

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.  

Our service requires a valid email address and password to access the Service. We have taken reasonable precautions to secure the personal information you provide to us but please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. You are solely responsible for: (1) the confidentiality of your email address, password, and any other applicable information, (2) not allowing another person to access your and use your login credentials, (3) any damages that may be incurred as a result of your failure to maintain confidentiality, and (4) promptly informing allsynx of any need to deactivate your user account due to potential or actual security breaches.  

Although security is a top priority for allsynx, cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access or use personal information. We maintain a security and incident response plan to handle incidents of unauthorized access or use.  

Transfer of Data
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to that transfer. allsynx will take reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with Privacy Policy and will take reasonable precautions not to transfer your Personal Data to an organization or country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.  

Disclosure of Data
Business Transaction If allsynx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your user information may be transferred. We will provide you notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.  

Disclosure for Law Enforcement Under certain circumstances, allsynx may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (i.e. a court or a government agency).  

Legal Requirements allsynx may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with a legal obligation, (2) protect and defend the rights or property of allsynx, (3) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, (4) protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or (5) protect against legal liability.

Third-Party Service Providers We may share information with third parties that perform services for us on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.  

Accessing, Correcting, or Removing Your Personal Information
allsynx endeavors to keep only the most accurate and up-to-date information about you in our records. If you would like to review your personal information, correct the personal information you have provided to us, and/or request that we remove your information from our records, contact allsynx at the email address below with the access, correction, or removal request. Additionally, users may request that allsynx refrain from disclosing to third parties the data it collects by contacting allsynx at the address below. Each request will be reviewed and responded to in accordance with applicable laws. To cover internal costs for responding to access requests, allsynx may charge reasonable fee to individuals desiring access to their Personal Information.


The safesynx website and safesynx application do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 18 years old. safesynx’s website and application are not intended for children and safesynx endeavors to protect the privacy of children with the help of parents and guardians. However, parents or guardians may elect to establish user accounts for their children, and in doing so expressly consent to allsynx’s use of such information as set out in the Terms. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information form our servers.  

Data Protection Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The safesynx website and safesynx application are intended to be used within the United States only. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that this website and application is not to be used outside of the United States. allsynx takes reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights: (1) The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you, (2) the right to rectification/correction, (3) the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, (4) the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data, (5) the right to be provided with a copy of the information that we have on you in a commonly used format, and (6) the right to withdraw your consent to process of your personal information by allsynx. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Additionally, you have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. Payment for the provision of the safesynx application is made through third-party services (i.e. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.  

Changes to this Statement
allsynx will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Whenever we change our policy, we will give reasonable notice by posting a notice on our home page. The policy change notice only lasts for a limited time, therefore allsynx encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how allsynx is protecting your information.
